PKE has two manufacturing plants, HZ Base in Huizhou, China and STAR PETROTECH in Singapore.

Both facilities were designed from the ground up to streamline the manufacturing process from the receipt and inspection of raw material, machining, quality control, and factory acceptance testing. PKEhas heavily invested in equipment that, in most cases, eliminates outsourcing. This gives PKE the ability to control costs and deliver finished products at exceptional prices and lead times.

PKE machining equipment consists of 12 CNC Machines Centers, 1 Horizontal Machining Center, 46 CNC Lathes, 3 High Performance Y-axis Horizontal Turning Centers, 6 Manual Lathes, 1 CNC Honing Machine, 2 Deep-hole Boring Machines, 2 Deep-hole Drilling Machines, 8 WEDM(Wire Electrical Discharge Machining) units, 2 EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) units, 3 Band Saws, 2 Breakout/Torque up Units, 1 Radial Drilling Machine, and 14 sets oyerhead cranes for material handling.

PKE has 5 pressure testing stations capable of testing up to 30,000 psi. PKE's Inspection equipment consists of 1 Olympus XRF Analyzer, 2 Tensile testing machine, 2 Profile Proiector, 1 CMM (Coordinate-Measuring Machine) and necessary micrometers and APl gauges.

PKE’s API Certified personnel manage a thorough testing, validation, and FAT system that is certified by both ISO and API to ensure that all products meet or exceed specifications.
